About the Role

PacSci EMC, an operating company of Ralliant, is seeking a Supply Chain Intern to join our Operations team for Summer 2026. This internship is designed for students graduating in 2026 or 2027 who want hands-on, cross-functional experience across production planning, purchasing, and supply chain analytics within a regulated aerospace and defense manufacturing environment.

This role is intentionally broad and exploratory, providing exposure to multiple supply chain disciplines while emphasizing data analysis, automation, and continuous improvement to help interns develop skills and inform future early-career decisions.

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with supply and demand planning analysis to support manufacturing cells
  • Support MRP-driven work order generation and validation for timely release to production
  • Help monitor and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and identify schedule variances
  • Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, Receiving, Quality, and Engineering teams to track build plans, backorders, and potential schedule risks
  • Contribute to daily production stand-up meetings by preparing exception-based reporting on supply and schedule variances
  • Support purchasing and materials data analysis, including material availability, spend tracking, and purchase order data organization (support-level only; no negotiating authority)
  • Assist with preparing executive-level summaries and reports to support planning and purchasing decisions
  • Participate in Value Analysis / Value Engineering (VA/VE), Kaizen, and other continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain Excel-based tools for metrics, variance tracking, risk assessment, and data visualization
  • Support basic automation and AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual administrative work and improve efficiency
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications: 

  • Junior or Senior standing, graduating in 2026 or 2027
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas; macros a plus)
  • Comfort working with large datasets and learning new systems
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with limited supervision

Preferred but Not Required:

  • Exposure to ERP / MRP systems
  • Familiarity with Power BI or data visualization tools
  • Coursework or awareness of Lean, Six Sigma, or APICS/CPIM concepts
  • Interest in process improvement, automation, or AI applications in business

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 20.0 - 40.0
