General Description of the Role

This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Supply Planning and the broader End-to-End Supply Chain within the APAC region. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and a keen interest in learning about supply chain optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of the current route-to-market strategies across the APAC region to identify and recommend the most cost-efficient approaches.
  • Initiate, support, and drive inventory improvement activities, including identifying inefficiencies, proposing solutions, and tracking progress.
  • Validate, enhance, and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Supply Planning.
  • Support monthly KPI reporting and provide actionable insights to improve supply chain performance.
  • Assist in the analysis and optimisation of Supply Planning processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Perform SAP SKUs portfolio cleaning and maintenance.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience & Skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools; experience with Power BI is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of other Asian languages is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Team player who thrives in a self-directed, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
