Job Summary

  • Participate in the GCTO Korea Country System Support Intern Program and support GCTO Korea deliverables under supervision of Country Systems Support Lead(CSSL)/relevant functional roles.

  • Engage in CSSL job shadowing including supports of clinical systems, improvement activities, user training and communication, and participation of trainings led by preceptors.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • New/Ongoing Clinical System Support

  • Support user adoption activities

  • Support User Account Review process, data validation and quality checks for clinical systems

  • Support resolving technical issue of clinical systems

  • Assist in compliance checks and documentation updates

  • Business User Training and Communications Support

  • Localize/Develop training materials and draft short tutorials

  • Support onboarding/regular training sessions: announcements, attendance records, survey design, results summaries and end-user trainer

  • Draft newsletters/announcements/community posts

  • Continuous Improvement, Innovation, and Data-Driven Operations Support

  • Support to maintain locally developed tool/solution (Power App, Power automate, and Power BI – MS Power platform based)

  • Support to drive technology/process innovation and pilots

  • Draft AI tool usage guidelines and consolidate user feedback

Qualification

Must-have

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in (preference for) Statistics, Data-Science, Computer Engineering, Health/Medical Informatics, Bioinformatics, Management Information Systems(MIS), Library and Information Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.; 통계학, 데이터사이언스, 컴퓨터공학, 의료정보학과, 생명정보학과, 경영정보시스템(MIS), 문헌정보학, 산업공학 등 우대

  • Alternatively, expected graduation in February 2026 in the above or related disciplines

  • Basic office/collaboration tool proficiency: Excel/PowerPoint/Word, Teams/SharePoint, etc.

  • Native-level Korean; ability to read English documents and handle basic communication

  • Strong documentation and attention to detail; ability to manage schedules/priorities systematically

  • Ability to actively learn and apply new knowledge and skills

  • Strong Responsibility for fundamentals of privacy/security/compliance

Nice-to-have

  • Part-time or internship experience in clinical operations/data or help desk/IT support

  • Basic experience with data processing/visualization (Power BI/Power Apps, advanced Excel (e.g., Power query, VBA), etc.)

  • Simple automation experience (Power Automate) or hands-on experience with generative AI tools
