Waldom offers innovative programs and global solutions to its supplier partners and distributor customers. These programs increase sales and market share, while reducing costs through optimizing the supply chain. Waldom supports these programs with sales offices and distribution facilities in the USA, EMEA and APAC. Waldom sells exclusively to distributors, never OEMs or end-users. Founded in 1947, Waldom has been a trusted supplier to the distribution community for more than 70 years.

  • Lead Volunteering & CSR Projects: Partner with nonprofits and help bring our value of Care to life by organizing hands-on activities that give back to the community.
  • Be the Voice of Fun: Use your writing skills to promote upcoming events, spotlight good vibes, and share volunteering stories across our new global intranet and internal channels.
  • Collab & Create Culture: Team up with our HR Team and team leads to dream up new ideas that reflect what our colleagues actually want.
  • Make It Happen: Coordinate with venues, activity providers, speakers, and social impact partners to turn plans into action.
  • Listen, Learn & Level Up: Gather feedback, track what works, and pitch new ways to elevate the employee experience.
  • Create a Workplace People Love: Foster an office environment that feels welcoming, energizing, and worth coming into - where people naturally connect and collaborate.
