We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Supply Chain team at Wella Company. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and demonstrates a growth mindset with a proactive attitude. Knowledge of Excel and supply chain processes is an advantage.
Our teams work in a hybrid model, meeting twice a week in the Warsaw office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support of Planning Team in execution of Initiative processes with growing ownership over time
- Communication with internal partners to manage/support exceptional situations
- Communication with external partners (in some functions) to manage/contribute to Initiative challenges
- Contribution or management of improvement projects in the planning area
- Analyzing data sets to find opportunities to improve performance
- Collaboration with internal and external partners to create action plans to mitigate Supply Chain Risks
WHAT WE WANT YOU TO BRING ALONG
- Fluency in English is a must due to daily cooperation in an international environment
- Analytical and logical thinking
- Growth Mindset and can-do attitude
- Excel knowledge an advantage
- Supply Chain knowledge as an advantage
- SAP, JDA, and Blue Yonder knowledge is an advantage
WHAT WE OFFER
- Paid internship
- Possibility to learn various supply chain processes and systems (i.e. SAP and Blue Yonder)
- Work with cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment
- Internship for 6 months, with possibility for extension to full-time contract

- Exciting product gifts four times a year and opportunities to sample new products.
Important note! Our teams follow a hybrid work model, collaborating in the Warsaw office twice a week.
