Supply Chain Intern

We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Supply Chain team at Wella Company. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and demonstrates a growth mindset with a proactive attitude. Knowledge of Excel and supply chain processes is an advantage.

Our teams work in a hybrid model, meeting twice a week in the Warsaw office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Support of Planning Team in execution of Initiative processes with growing ownership over time
• Communication with internal partners to manage/support exceptional situations
• Communication with external partners (in some functions) to manage/contribute to Initiative challenges
• Contribution or management of improvement projects in the planning area
• Analyzing data sets to find opportunities to improve performance
• Collaboration with internal and external partners to create action plans to mitigate Supply Chain Risks

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO BRING ALONG

• Fluency in English is a must due to daily cooperation in an international environment
• Analytical and logical thinking
• Growth Mindset and can-do attitude
• Excel knowledge an advantage
• Supply Chain knowledge as an advantage
• SAP, JDA, and Blue Yonder knowledge is an advantage

WHAT WE OFFER

• Internship for 6 months, with possibility for extension to full-time contract

Important note! Our teams follow a hybrid work model, collaborating in the Warsaw office twice a week.
