[Internship] Sales Support Intern

• Create sales orders on SAP system, liaise with other departments to ensure timely deliveries. (40%)
• Processing all sales-related paperwork, sales reports as requested by the supervisor. (40%)
• Other tasks as requested by the supervisor. (20%)

• Entitled as full-time student major in Business Administration / International Business, ... during internship period
• No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have a big advantage
• Eloquent in English
• Good in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
• Having SAP knowledge is a plus
• Knowledgeable in Accounting software (SAP)
• Proactive, having problem solving skills and mindset
• Ablility to communicate clearly and concisely
• Willing to support others, positive, self-reliant and passionated at what you do
• Detail-oriented, good organization skills and logical thinking
