About the Role

No Bad Days Club is a fast-growing fashion and accessories brand based in Berlin. We design premium socks, caps, t-shirts and fashion accessories, with more product categories to come. Our products are produced in Europe and sold globally.

We are a lean, fast-moving startup with a small team, short decision paths and a strong creative ambition. We believe in ownership, experimentation and building things hands-on. To help shape the next phase of our brand and product universe, we are looking for an experienced Working Student in Fashion Design to actively develop and evolve our collections.

Tasks

You will work closely with the brand’s creative lead, the founders and our external creative agency to develop and evolve the No Bad Days Club product and design portfolio across socks, caps, t-shirts and fashion accessories.

You will be responsible for translating cultural movements, trends, moods and creative ideas into wearable fashion pieces and commercial products. This includes developing new sock designs, graphics, colorways and motifs, contributing to seasonal collection concepts and visual directions, and helping shape new product categories as the brand grows.

You will create production-ready artwork, illustrations and technical files for embroidery, print and knit, and visualize ideas through mockups and digital designs. You will also contribute to improving our creative workflows and ways of working, bringing in new ideas, tools and processes.

This role is about real responsibility, not just execution - you will directly influence what our products look like and how they are developed.

Requirements

You are studying fashion design, textile design, product design or a related field, ideally in a higher semester, and you already have hands-on experience through internships, freelance work or your own projects.

You have a strong sense for fashion, visual culture, color and trends, and you can translate abstract ideas into strong, wearable designs. You are confident working with Adobe Illustrator and ideally Photoshop. Experience with socks, textiles, embroidery or print is a big plus. Illustration skills are highly valued.

You enjoy working in a small, fast-moving team, taking ownership and helping to build structures where they do not yet exist. English is required, German is a plus.

Benefits

You will work on real collections that are sold across Europe and directly shape a growing fashion brand. You will get deep insight into the entire product creation process and work closely with founders, creatives and production partners.

We offer flexible working hours (10-15 hours per week), a hybrid setup between Berlin and remote, and a startup environment with fast decisions, high trust and lots of room for new ideas and creative ownership.

If you want to turn culture, trends and ideas into real fashion products and help build the creative future of a growing brand, we would love to hear from you.

Please apply with your CV and a portfolio or selected work samples. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a short interview and a small design task so we can get to know your style and way of working.

Let’s create what No Bad Days Club will look like next.
