About the Role
<p>We are looking for a motivated Working Student with a finance background to support our finance and compliance activities. The role is ideal for students or recent graduates seeking hands-on exposure to accounting, taxation, and corporate compliance.</p> <h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2> <ul> <li>Assist in reviewing financial and accounting documentation</li> <li>Support activities related to TDS, GST, and basic Indian tax compliance</li> <li>Help prepare and maintain basic financial reports and records</li> <li>Support invoice processing, payment records, and reconciliations</li> <li>Assist in maintaining compliance documents under basic Company Law</li> <li>Ensure proper filing, documentation, and data confidentiality</li> <li>Perform other finance and admin support tasks as assigned</li> </ul> <h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>Graduate or equivalent qualification with Finance / Commerce background</li> <li>Understanding of Indian Tax System (TDS, GST – basic level)</li> <li>Basic knowledge of Company Law / Corporate compliance</li> <li>Good analytical skills and attention to detail</li> <li>Basic working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets</li> <li>Willingness to learn and work in a structured environment</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Attributes</strong></p> <ul> <li>Responsible and disciplined work approach</li> <li>Good communication and documentation skills</li> <li>Ability to work independently with guidance</li> </ul> <h2 id="benefits">Benefits</h2> <ul> <li>2–3 working days per week (Monday–Friday)</li> <li>2–4 hours per day (max 160 hours per month)</li> <li>Engagement on hourly payment basis</li> </ul> <p>Interested candidates may share their CV and motivational letter as well as hourly salary expectations via this job ad. </p> <p>We are looking forward to receiving your application!</p>
