What are your contributions to the team?

During your internship, you will contribute to:

  • Leading and supporting Tool Control projects, including weekly reviews, timeline tracking, and cross-functional coordination
  • Conducting technical analyses to support the integration of SMART Factory principles within Tool Control
  • Supporting data collection and reporting to improve tool tracking and utilization
  • Assisting in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures and best practices

During your internship, you will learn:

  • Project management and governance knowledge
  • Manufacturing technology and manufacturing maintenance knowledge
  • Cross-functional collaboration with departments such as Operations, Plant Engineering, IT
  • Data analysis and reporting techniques to support continuous improvement initiatives

How to thrive in this role?

What we are looking for:

  • You are familiar with Maintenance and Aerospace Manufacturing
  • You are familiar with the use of AI for data analysis and RFID asset management  
  • You are enrolled in a Manufacturing or Engineering program
  • You possess excellent computer skills and are proficient with AutoCAD and Office 365
  • You can work on many projects at the same time and are organized, autonomous and efficient
  • You speak and write in English

​The base salary for this position is expected to range from CAD $17.75 to CAD $31.00 per hour. The applicable base salary will be determined based on various criteria, at Bombardier’s sole discretion, such as the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications. 


Boarding Information:

  • Location: Global 7500/8000
  • Duration: 16 months
  • On-site position only

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
