Hours: 40 hours/week
Wage: $20/hour

Position Overview:

The Youth Core Team exists to assist the Youth Pastor in planning, organizing, and executing all summer youth programs and events. This role is critical for creating engaging experiences that help students grow in their faith, embrace community, and live on mission.

Major Responsibilities:

• Support weekly youth programs (Sunday Junior Youth and Friday Youth) through teaching, leading small groups, games, and preparing supplies.
• Assist with volunteer onboarding and training.
• Participate in planning and execution of major summer events: Remix, Premix, Senior Youth Camp, and Junior Youth Camp.
• Complete organizational projects to prepare for the next ministry year.
• Provide logistical and administrative support for youth activities.
• Other duties as assigned, including assisting with cross-ministry events.

Qualifications:

• Deep and growing personal faith in Jesus Christ
• Minimum 18 years old and completed high school.
• Experience working with teens (ages 11–17).
• Strong understanding of the Bible and passion for discipleship.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Available for all scheduled programs and overnight events (Remix, Premix, Camps).

  • PREMIX: July 19-22, 2026
  • Senior Youth Camp: July 30-August 3, 2026
  • Junior Youth Camp: August 8-14, 2026
