To support the Product Development Department in achieving daily KPIs, with a focus on process improvement & Kaizen activities.

  • To support 100% TAPIR Manufacturing Sign Off process

  • To support in Kaizen activity for NPD process improvemen

  • To get an overview of the product development process including the manufacturing operation in WMM

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

  • Honours Degree Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.

  • Knowledge of rubber testing, products made, and methods used

  • Experienced in any Manufacturing/Process improvement 

  • Good problem solving and analytical thinking skills
