  • Understand and analyze the existing maintenance ticketing system, including ticket lifecycle, data structure, and available data access methods (e.g. database or API)
  • Extract, integrate, and model maintenance ticket data together with SMT line, machine, and technician master data
  • Design and develop a centralized maintenance operations dashboard providing visibility on: Open, pending, and closed tickets
  • Technician assignment, availability, and workload distribution
  • Response time, repair duration (MTTR), and ticket aging
  • Downtime trends by SMT line, machine, and failure category
  • Support the transition to a centralized technician support model by visualizing cross-line support performance and identifying manpower imbalance
  • Define, implement, and track key maintenance KPIs aligned with operational targets requirements

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, along with basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, is required.
  • Experience with databases and SQL
  • Knowledge of Tableau or PowerBI is an added advantage but not compulsory.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for working with big data.
  • Interest in manufacturing operations, smart factory, or Industry 4.0
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fluent in spoken & written English
  • Preferably able to commit fully for at least 5 months (full-time internship).
