This role is ideal for a student interested in technology, sales, and customer success. The intern will gain hands-on experience in SaaS renewals operations while contributing to projects that directly impact customer retention and growth.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist the Renewals team with tracking, preparing, and processing customer renewal opportunities</li> <li>Support customer communications and follow-ups to ensure a smooth renewal process</li> <li>Help analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the renewals pipeline</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Finance) on renewal-related initiatives</li> <li>Provide administrative and project support to the Renewals leadership team</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Current student pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, or related field</li> <li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li> <li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail</li> <li>Interest in SaaS, technology, or customer success is a plus</li> </ul> <p><strong>Must be available to work from Tuesday, May 26th until Friday, August 7th.</strong></p> <p><strong>Candidate must be located within a commutable distance to our headquarters in Tinton Falls, NJ.</strong></p> <p><strong>You’ll love working here because:</strong></p> <ul> <li>We care.
