About the Role
<p><span>Asia Operations provide operational capabilities to Azqore’s client banks, allow them to focus on executing their strategy, reduce operational cost and improve operational risk. Commitment to quality and continuous process improvement, is at the heart of all Asia Operations activities. It is thus one of the key functions to facilitate and drive Azqore to reach its ambitious growth target, by putting the clients at the center of its activity, being attentive to their needs, bringing them value and increasing their satisfaction.</span></p><p>Within Asia Operations, our teams manage <strong>core Private Banking processes</strong>, including<strong> cash </strong>movements,<strong> securities </strong>settlements and corporate actions, as well as <strong>reconciliation and investigation</strong> to ensure accuracy and risk control. </p><p><strong style="border:0px solid rgb(238, 239, 242);font-weight:600;color:rgb(36, 36, 43);font-family:Inter;font-size:21px;font-style:normal;letter-spacing:normal;text-align:start;text-indent:0px;white-space:normal;background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255);">👨‍🔧&nbsp;</strong>Responsibilities: </p><ul><li><p>The successful applicant will be assigned to one of our core operations teams, responsible for processing and managing key Private Banking activities such as cash movements, securities transfers, settlements, and reconciliations.</p></li><li><p>Develop a solid understanding of our systems (S2I) and end-to-end workflow to ensure accuracy and efficiency.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrate knowledge of relevant markets and operational processes across different asset classes.</p></li><li><p>Proactively identify, manage, and resolve discrepancies by collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders (custodians, counterparties, clients).</p></li><li><p>Work closely with colleagues locally and internationally to support seamless operations.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to Asia Operations projects and actively drive process improvements and automation initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Support knowledge sharing and training of new team members when required.</p></li></ul><p><span style="color:rgb(36, 36, 43);font-family:Inter;font-size:21px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;letter-spacing:normal;text-align:start;text-indent:0px;white-space:normal;background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255);float:none;display:inline !important;">🧙‍♂️&nbsp;</span>Requirements: </p><ul><li><p>achelor’s degree and/or professional qualification in <strong>Banking, Finance, or a related field.</strong></p></li><li><p>Ideally 1–2 years of experience in banking operations (e.g., cash processing, securities settlements, reconciliations). Exposure to Private Banking is an advantage, but not mandatory.</p></li><li><p>Fresh graduates with<strong> strong interest in financial</strong> operations are welcome to apply.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with financial products, market infrastructures, and the regulatory environment, including operational risks associated with processing these products.</p></li><li><p>Basic understanding of SWIFT message types and their application in banking operations.</p></li><li><p><span>Good knowledge and practice of Office suite.
