IKEA Services (Vietnam) Co., Ltd is currently looking for a 6-month Communication Intern working in Supply Area South East Asia, Communication.

Job Description

Scope of assignment

  • Support the creation and implementation of internal communication initiatives, including corporate videos, newsletters, emails, intranet content, and announcements.
  • Collaborate with teams across the organisation to gather information and stories for various communication channels.
  • Assist in organising and coordinating SEA regional site meetings, and functional meetings to facilitate effective communication within the organisation.

Key deliverables

  • Internal communication content materials (article, videos, etc.)
  • Successful event coordination/implementation
  • Administrative support for Communication Leader
  • Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams

Qualifications

  • 3rd or last year student, who can provide Internship Recommendation letter from the University
  • Good design sense and able to quickly capture corporate brand design language of IKEA.
  • Video editing skills (either with Premier Pro or Canva) is the key advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Accustomed to working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Powerpoint)
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn.
  • Adequate organisational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Expected Internship Period: 6 months, starting from mid Mar 2026
  • Details on time invested: full time, Monday - Friday
  • Office location: SOFIC Building, No. 8-10, Mai Chi Tho Street, An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
