This role will provide hands-on exposure to workplace operations, employee engagement initiatives, and office space management. The intern will support projects that improve the employee experience, optimize our office environment, and strengthen engagement across the organization.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Employee Engagement Support</li> <ul> <li>Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement activities and new office initiatives</li> <li>Collaborate with teams to ensure participation and gather feedback on initiatives</li> </ul> <li>On-Site Experience Enhancement</li> <ul> <li>Support efforts to improve the day-to-day employee experience in the office</li> <li>Collect and analyze feedback from teams to help drive improvements in office services, layouts, and amenities</li> </ul> <li>Office Operations &amp; Lease Coordination</li> <ul> <li>Help track office lease terms, renewals, and key deadlines</li> </ul> <li>Project Implementation</li> <ul> <li>Contribute to projects designed to improve employee satisfaction and optimize workplace operations</li> <li>Assist in documenting processes, outcomes, and lessons learned for continuous improvement</li> </ul> <li>Innovation &amp; Technology Exploration</li> <ul> <li>Research and evaluate emerging workplace technologies</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines</li> <li>Interest in corporate facilities, real estate operations, or project management</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Must be available to work from Tuesday, May 26th until Friday, August 7^th.</strong></p> <p><strong>You’ll love working here because:</strong></p> <ul> <li>We care.
