Sports Partnerships & Marketing Intern

 

Location: Downtown Orlando
Job Type: Internship (Temporary Assignment for College Students)

 

Orlando Health is seeking a motivated Sports Partnerships & Marketing Intern to support our team with on-site activation, events, and assist with partner portfolio assets through relationship building, industry research, and clinical communication support.

 

Essential Functions

  • May work on special projects and assignments for Orlando Health Sports Partnerships Team.
  • Assist with on-site activations supporting event needs including setup, breakdown, and event day coverage with the management team.
    • Events include, but are not limited to: High School & College physicals, marketing and community initiative activations, signature sporting events with willingness to travel to different markets and regions.
  • Work with other team members on processes and procedures for events and hospitality management.
  • Maintain reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
  • Maintain compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain an open communication process throughout the corporation that reaches patients, visitors, families, physicians, and team members such that each feels they are treated special each time they encounter Orlando Health.
  • Perform any other duties as designated.

 

Education/Training

  • Must be able to demonstrate reading, verbal and written communication, mathematical, and reasoning skills typically acquired through completion of a high school education.

 

Licensure/Certification

  • Based on area of assignment, required licenses and certifications.

 

Experience
