Discovery’s Talent Acquisition EMEA team – primarily supporting the early careers team but also the recruiting, sourcing and operations teams.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Your Role Accountabilities…</b></p><ul><li>Assisting with shortlisting and screening candidates during initial recruitment stages on both Experienced Hire and Early Careers projects across EMEA</li><li>Attending careers fairs and visiting schools, colleges and universities to promote Warner Bros. Discovery as an employer.</li><li>Assisting with the organisation and implementation of assessment centres for the Early Careers programmes.</li><li>Supporting multiple Recruiters in scheduling interviews across differing time zones, while providing an excellent candidate experience.</li><li>Contacting relevant organisations, universities, colleges and other partners to advertise roles.</li><li>Assisting with the implementation and delivery of diversity programmes and initiatives in EMEA.</li><li>Assisting with preparation and planning for events and future recruitment initiatives.</li><li>Providing administrative support to the TA Leadership team which may include diary/calendar management, processing expenses and arranging travel.</li><li>Assisting the Talent Acquisition team with operational requests and adhoc projects.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Qualifications & Experience…</b></p><ul><li><b>You must be a current University student in your 2nd year of study, looking to spend your 3rd year on placement and graduating no earlier than July 2028.</b> </li><li>An interest in developing a career in Recruitment (Talent Acquisition).</li><li>Great communication skills with the confidence to speak to people at careers fairs and other events.</li><li>Superb attention to detail.</li><li>Organised with the ability to prioritise your workload</li><li>Ability to take initiative and work proactively.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>The Internship…</b></p><ul><li>Salary: £27,000 p/a </li><li>Contract Length: 12 months  </li><li>Start Date: 6th July 2026</li><li>You will gain hands-on experience working on business-critical projects. </li><li>You will have access to personal and professional development courses, executive speakers’ series, special screenings and more. </li><li>You will be part of our Early Talent network of over 100 interns & apprentices, meaning you will have an important support network of other students, graduates and apprentices and plenty of opportunities to socialise! </li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Next Steps…</b></p><ul><li>Stage 1: Submit your CV by <b>Sunday 1st February </b>(you will not be able to apply after this date).</li><li>Stage 2: For eligible candidates, you will be invited to complete a written questionnaire in HireVue.
