Job Description

  • Restaurant Acquisition: Conduct daily field visits to pitch, negotiate, and sign Chinese restaurants, ensuring value propositions are clearly communicated to decision-makers.
  • Onboarding & Activation: Manage the end-to-end setup process, including documentation, menu upload, and system activation to ensure partners are operationally ready.
  • Relationship Management: Build long-term trust with partners by acting as their primary liaison for support, issue resolution, and operational guidance.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and market trends while submitting accurate daily reports on leads and conversion performance.
  • Performance Targets: Consistently meet acquisition quotas and quality standards while following to company sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, English, or another related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese. 
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheet, Slide).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to handling challenges.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
