We are currently hiring a 6 month Supply chain intern, based in Belgium.

Role summary:

Join our Benelux Customer Supply Chain team, the crucial link connecting market demands with our supply chain operations. You'll play a key part in translating strategic plans into precise product needs, ensuring timely and high-quality fulfillment of customer requests. You'll assist in various supply chain functions, collaborating with teams such as demand planning, logistics, and customer service. Unique opportunity to work closely with sales, Hub, Quality, Marketing, and 3PL partners. Kick-start your career with professional development in the fast-moving health sector. Your role is essential to achieving our goal of satisfying customer requests with the Right First-Time principle.

Your Day to Day:

  • Navigate SAP for daily order operations, run control reports, and handle customer claims.
  • Understand customer order flows and assist in supply coordination, OOS reporting, and repack production planning.
  • Support Demand Forecast planner in extended planning exercises, utilizing tools such as APO.
  • Manage daily operations and coordinate planning activities.
  • Collaborate within the Customer Supply Chain team.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in Economics, Business, or a related field, with a keen interest in the supply chain domain.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel.
  • Fluent in English (required) and preferably fluent in French/Dutch.
  • Team-oriented mindset, driven by results, capable of independent work.
  • Available for a full-time commitment ranging 5-6 months in Belgium.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of pivot table functionality, familiarity with SAP, and bilingual proficiency in both Dutch and French.
