Responsibilities:

The Intern will be working for any one of the Deals competencies of PwC India which includes Corporate Finance & Investment Banking, Valuations, Business Restructuring Services, Post Merger Integration, Deal Strategy etc. As an Intern with PwC India, you will play a key role in the engagement execution in the projects. You will be provided with varied responsibilities including researching on the industry, sector, preparing power points, financial models and contributing to engagement execution as a team member and on-ground client management. We encourage our Interns to participate in senior management meetings during the course of the projects. Interns are provided with opportunities to contribute to various thought leadership initiatives.

Mandatory skill sets:

· Basic problem solving skills · Excellent communication skills including proficiency in English language · Proficiency in excel and power point · Basic understanding of finance · Open to travel
