YOUR MISSION:

Make our management team more effective by supporting them on company strategy, investment pitches, business development, communication and other high-impact tasks.

YOUR TASKS:

• Support the management team by creating slides, business modeling, investment opportunities, doing market research, planning meetings, preparing executive documents, etc.
• Work on your own strategic projects, such as expanding to new countries or developing SOPs for our most important processes and products
• Support strategic decisions of the management team by analyzing markets, competitors, technology, benchmarks, etc.
• Support the management team in day-to-day operational tasks such as communication, slides, preparing important meetings, streamlining processes, etc.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Currently enrolled student in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Management, Finance, Entrepreneurship, Strategy, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable program

• First practical experience (e.g. internships, working student roles, consulting projects, startups) is a plus

• Rockstar skills in creating presentations and financial models, ideally with the support of AI tools

• Strong people skills and the ability to manage a diverse set of stakeholders (founders, team members, investors, partners, etc.)

• Deep empathy for customer and market needs

• Structured way of working with the ability to prioritize tasks independently and execute them diligently

• Fluent and confident communication in English; German is a plus
