While you’ll collaborate closely with social, web, and demand teams, this role is <strong>not channel-ops focused</strong>, instead, your main mission will be to <strong>raise the quality, creativity, and consistency of our content assets</strong>.</p><p>You’ll report directly to the Content Manager and work alongside other content profiles, helping us move from a more generalist setup to a <strong>complementary, high-impact content team</strong>.</p><p>This is a hands-on role with <strong>real ownership</strong>, designed for someone who wants to <strong>learn fast, experiment, and build a solid creative portfolio</strong> in a fast-growing startup. 🤩</p><hr><h2>2. What you’ll be doing</h2><p><em>Your day-to-day as a Content Intern at Shakers</em></p><h3>1. Content Design &amp; Visual Creation (Core Focus)</h3><ul><li><p>Design <strong>visual content</strong> for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, X), blog articles, landing pages, newsletters, and presentations.</p></li><li><p>Create <strong>static and light-motion assets</strong> aligned with Shakers’ brand guidelines.</p></li><li><p>Translate content ideas and copy into <strong>strong, visually engaging pieces</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Support the evolution of Shakers’ <strong>visual language</strong> across formats and channels.</p></li></ul><h3>2. Creative Content Development</h3><ul><li><p>Collaborate with the Content Manager on <strong>creative concepts and formats</strong> (carousels, storytelling posts, campaign visuals, etc.).</p></li><li><p>Propose new <strong>content ideas and visual executions</strong> to improve performance and brand perception.</p></li><li><p>Adapt content to different audiences (clients vs. freelancers) and markets.</p></li></ul><h3>3. Content Support Across Channels</h3><ul><li><p>Support social media content production from a <strong>creative execution perspective</strong> (not channel ownership).</p></li><li><p>Assist with blog and web content visuals (headers, illustrations, layout improvements).</p></li><li><p>Collaborate on content for events, reports, and special campaigns.</p></li></ul><hr><h2>3. What we’re looking for</h2><p><em>You’re a great fit if you have…</em></p><ul><li><p>Currently studying or recently graduated in <strong>Design, Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related field</strong>.</p></li><li><p><strong>Strong graphic design skills.</strong> This is a <strong>must</strong>, not a nice-to-have.</p></li><li><p><strong>Previous hands-on experience</strong> in a <strong>similar role</strong>, either through an <strong>internship or freelance projects</strong> (<strong>important for this role</strong>).</p></li><li><p><strong>Figma is a key tool for this role</strong> and we expect you to feel comfortable working with it. Experience with other design tools (Adobe Suite, Affinity, etc.) is a plus.</p></li><li><p>We highly value <strong>curiosity and experimentation</strong> with emerging creative tools such as <strong>Lottielab, Spline</strong>, or <strong>Gen-AI tools</strong> for content creation.
