The Work-Based Learning Student will participate in a structured learning experience that combines classroom instruction with practical, hands on work. This position is designed to help students develop professional skills, gain real world experience, and explore career pathways while supporting day-to-day operations within the organization.

  • Observe and participate in workplace operations to gain industry exposure
     
  • Support team members with administrative, technical, or operational duties
     
  • Follow workplace policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
