About the Role
<div>Urban, Ltd. is seeking current Civil Engineering majors for Summer 2026 paid internships in our Annandale &amp; Chantilly, Virginia offices. Internship duration and schedule can be tailored to fit the qualified individual's needs. &nbsp;Open to all levels of college students. &nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Successful senior or graduate-level interns have often transitioned to a full-time Project Engineer positions and increased compensation without further interviews or hiring processes upon graduation.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Daily responsibilities will include:</strong></div><ul><li>Learn the site development process as a member of a civil engineering team</li><li>Perform civil engineering design and calculations as they relate to site development and transportation projects</li><li>Provide support to design teams in the completion of civil engineering construction documents</li><li>Prepare exhibits, details, and technical drawings using AutoCAD, GIS, or other software noted below</li></ul><div><strong>Requirements/Preferences:</strong></div><ul><li>Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's level program in Civil Engineering</li><li>Ability to work in one of our offices in Northern Virginia part-time during the Fall of 2025</li><li>Prior internships or coursework related to land development is a plus</li></ul><div><strong>Desired Computer Skills:</strong></div><ul><li>AutoCAD and Civil3D</li><li>Microsoft Office</li></ul><div>Urban Ltd. is an equal-opportunity employer.
