Job Description

  • Understand Engine Control System Software technical requirements & PW processes of Engine Control Design, Development & Testing

  • Develop design concepts from the requirements and select best solutions using trade-off techniques

  • Apply engineering tools and techniques in day-to-day activities

  • Implement the Designs in Model Based or Software environments

  • Develop Test Cases, Procedures & Automated Scripts to verify the Software is meeting the requirements

  • Load & Test the Software on the Controller Hardware and analyze the data and confirm the SW is working per expectation

  • Participate as an active member in cross-discipline integrated product teams to provide design solutions that balance performance, cost, schedule, and quality requirements

  • Embrace a continuous improvement philosophy.

  • Ability to write clear documentation, as well as to create and provide impactful, persuasive technical presentations to internal and external customers.

  • Develop and sustain a healthy work relationship based on mutual trust with peers, internal and external customers where significant interaction is expected

Basic Qualifications:

  • BTech degree in EEE, ECE or Computer Science streams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Programming skills in Matlab, Simulink, Python, C/C++
