Intern – Automotive Manufacturing

Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience, develop professional skills, and work on real-world projects in a collaborative environment. This role provides valuable exposure to production operations, lean manufacturing principles, process improvement, and quality control. The intern will work closely with each department to support daily operations and contribute to efficiency and productivity initiatives.

• Assist in monitoring and improving manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
• Assist with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks
• Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Conduct research and gather data to support business initiatives
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Human Resources Quality, Logistics, and Engineering
• Observe and report safety concerns, contributing to a safe working environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
