About the Role

Your Key Responsibilities

Join the Finance Processes and Digitalization team in this multi-semester co-op opportunity, where you will lead Employee Engagement activities for Finance Americas.

 

Your impact:

  • Bring to life employee engagement and employee development initiatives in collaboration with the HR department using virtual and in-person tools.
  • In collaboration with the Branding department, develop and manage a social media campaign aimed at raising awareness of career opportunities within Finance in the manufacturing industry.
  • Develop projects that support managers in executing culture and engagement initiatives within their teams.  
  • Support Fit for Quality culture by promoting targeted trainings by job type based on the Schaeffler Finance skill matrix.
  • Represent Schaeffler Finance at career fairs and other university events in collaboration with our University Relations department.
  • Drive team-building activities and foster a sense of belonging for the FICO summer co-op students.
  • Provide support for additional tasks as requested by the head of the department.

Your Qualifications

  • High school diploma and currently pursuing a four-year degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Human Resources or another relevant field. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with solid knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive and driven attitude, with an eagerness to achieve outstanding results.
  • Ability to prioritize.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language and international exposure are advantages.
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.
