Since 1965, clients have engaged CRA for its combination of industry experience and rigorous, fact-based analysis that provide clients with clear, implementable solutions to complex business concerns.</p> <p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p> <p>CRA’s Financial Administration function is currently a team of more than 30 professionals based in our Boston, Chicago and London offices. The team includes Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Financial Planning, Financial Reporting, Payroll, Revenue, Project Setup, Tax, and Treasury.</p> <p>Reporting to a Finance Manager, this internship supports the day-to-day operations within Financial Administration. Possible assignments could be:</p> <p><strong>Financial Planning &amp; Analysis:</strong></p> <ul> <li>&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Support:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Responsible for maintaining vendor files.</li> <li>Assist in invoice entry.</li> <li>Maintain corporate credit card agreements and distribute cards as issued.</li> <li>Oversees basic record-keeping and filing duties and procedures.</li> <li>Mails client invoices and provides other administrative support to billing analysts, such as photocopying receipts.</li> <li>Customer statement confirms.</li> <li>Cash collection reports.</li> <li>Auditor confirms and other auditor requests as needed.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Additional Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>This position may assist on special projects, including data gathering, sorting and analysis, as needed.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desired Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field;</li> <li>Prior internship/work experience in a professional office environment;</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), knowledge of Oracle desirable;</li> <li>Ability to execute, with a track record of getting things done - able to advance projects with persistence as well as with diplomacy and tact, demonstrated willingness to take ownership of work;</li> <li>Exceptional customer service orientation and delivery;</li> <li>Strong teamwork and collaboration capabilities.</li> <li>Strong sense of professionalism;</li> <li>Effective written and oral communication skills;</li> <li>Excellent time management, task prioritization, and detail orientation;</li> <li>Good judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.</li> </ul> <p><strong>To Apply</strong></p> <p>To be considered for this full-time, temporary internship, we require the following:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Resume</strong> – please include current contact information (personal email and telephone number);</li> <li><strong>Cover letter</strong> – please describe your interest in CRA and how this role matches your goals, we really do want to understand how you express yourself.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Work Location Flexibility</strong></p> <p>CRA creates a work environment that enables our colleagues to benefit from being together in the office to best deliver on our promise of career growth, mentorship and inclusivity. Starting pay within this range may vary based on factors such as education level, experience, skills, geographic location, market conditions, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
