This program is designed for rising seniors (students who will have completed at least three years of study by the start date) who are curious, motivated, and eager to explore what a career in Operations can look like.</p><p></p><p><b>What You’ll Gain</b></p><ul><li>Work on a real business problem that develops strategic thinking, business acumen, and leadership skills.</li><li>Experience a dynamic, flexible work environment and gain exposure to Operations within a large, complex organization.</li><li>Build professional connections through mentorship, networking events, and leadership exposure.</li><li>Present your work to members of the Enterprise Operations leadership team at the end of the summer.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You’ll Work On</b></p><ul><li>Lead components of operational projects by developing plans, monitoring progress, and removing barriers to timely delivery.</li><li>Analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver data-driven recommendations that enhance quality, efficiency, and customer experience.</li><li>Build dashboards, scorecards, and metrics that provide actionable insights and inform decision-making.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Professional Development Opportunities</b></p><ul><li>Participate in structured learning, mentorship, and leadership development opportunities to strengthen communication, business acumen, and problem-solving.</li><li>Engage in OLDP program activities including workgroup participation, offsite events, and cross-functional collaboration.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Pathway to Full-Time OLDP</b></p><ul><li>Strong-performing interns may be invited to join the full-time OLDP program after graduation.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Minimum Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Enrolled in a bachelor’s program with at least 3 years completed.</li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership experience (e.g., student organizations, athletics, community involvement).</li><li>Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office.</li><li>Ability to relocate to Bloomfield, CT for the 10-week internship.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Majors in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Healthcare Administration, or related fields.</li><li>3.0+ GPA.</li><li>Interest in process improvement and project management.</li><li>Positive, motivated, and growth-oriented mindset.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Additional Information</b></p><ul><li><b>Schedule:</b> In-Office - 40 hours/week for 10 consecutive weeks beginning May 19, 2026.</li><li><b>Location:</b> <span>Applicants should be prepared to be aligned to the Bloomfield, CT office.</span></li><li><b>Compensation:</b> $24.00/hour.</li></ul><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><br /><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Qualified applicants will be considered without regard to race, color, age, disability, sex, childbirth (including pregnancy) or related medical conditions including but not limited to lactation, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran or military status, religion, national origin, ancestry, marital or familial status, genetic information, status with regard to public assistance, citizenship status or any other characteristic protected by applicable equal employment opportunity laws.<p style="text-align:left"><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Please note that you must meet our posting guidelines to be eligible for consideration.
