With support from your team, access to learning and development resources, and opportunities for fun along the way, our program will give you the foundation to start your career journey.</p> <p>The Ripple FP&amp;A team is seeking an ambitious and analytical student to join the team as a Summer Intern. Over the course of the internship, you will work closely with the FP&amp;A team on quarter end projects, develop data driven analysis, and gain a comprehensive understanding of FP&amp;A functions.</p> <h2>WHAT YOU'LL DO</h2> <ul> <li>Assist with preparing quarterly financial reports, variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast), and effectively communicate results</li> <li>Update departmental budget tracker with actuals, revised forecast, and headcount</li> <li>Collaborate with department budget managers, accounting, and other finance partners to expedite the monthly close process, perform budget variance analysis, and communicate results</li> <li>Assist in the preparation of quarterly reporting and financial commentary for the Q2 Board of Director meeting</li> <li>Build relationships with key business partners across the organization and assist with ad hoc projects to provide data driven answers</li> <li>Prepare revenue analysis model for Ripple products, highlighting trends, provide recommendations for H2 2026, and present results to FP&amp;A team</li> </ul> <h2>WHAT YOU'LL BRING</h2> <p>Candidates are required to be analytical, effective communicators, and organized. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, who is passionate about achieving goal.</p> <ul> <li>Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate degree preferably in a Major in Finance, Accounting or related field.</li> <li>Available to work for 12 weeks during Summer 2026, beginning in May or June.</li> <li>Intent to return to degree-program after the completion of the internship</li> <li>Proficient abilities in Microsoft Excel and Google suite, prior Anaplan, Tableau or programming experience a plus.</li> <li>Advanced written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Able to develop and deliver effective presentations to business partners.</li> </ul> <p>Ripple is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
