Join Maxis as a Digital Operations Intern (Administrative Services), where you will gain hands-on experience supporting the digital transformation of Corporate Services. This role offers exposure to process optimisation, automation, Agentic AI implementation, and dashboard enhancement, while contributing directly to improving operational efficiency and service delivery in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Services Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to enhance Corporate Services service requests.

  • Support the optimisation of existing workflows to improve efficiency and user experience.

  • Assist in documenting current processes and recommending digital improvements.

2. Digital Automation & Agentic AI Support

  • Support the implementation of Agentic AI for routine and recurring Corporate Services requests.

  • Assist in analysing existing processes suitable for automation.

  • Work with stakeholders to support adoption of AI-enabled workflows.

3. Digital Tools & Platform Enablement

  • Explore and support the implementation of a new online booking tool for travel.

  • Assist in evaluating system requirements and supporting user testing.

  • Support improvements to digital platforms used within Corporate Services.

4. Dashboarding & Data Insights

  • Support the revamp of the Travel and Corporate Services dashboard.

  • Assist in data collection, validation, and reporting for operational tracking.

  • Help generate insights to support decision-making and service performance monitoring.

5. Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

  • Support initiatives to optimise digital processes across Admin Services.

  • Assist with ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and improvement initiatives.

  • Contribute to projects aimed at driving operational excellence and digital maturity.

Value-Added Project

The intern will work on value-added digital transformation projects, including:

  • Improving Corporate Services request processes

  • Supporting the implementation of Agentic AI for routine operations

  • Enhancing digital workflows and tools

  • Contributing to the revamp of the Travel and Corporate Services dashboard

These projects aim to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and elevate the overall service experience.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Strong digital and analytical skills, with interest in process optimisation and automation.

  • Basic understanding of process automation, AI tools, or agent-based workflows.

  • Familiarity with data handling and dashboarding, using tools such as Excel, Google Looker Studio, or similar analytics platforms.

  • Exposure to Python, SQL, or coding platforms is an advantage.

  • Comfort working with digital systems and online platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a digital operations environment.

  • Good communication and documentation skills.
