Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and HRBP team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and HRBP team.
  • Arrange interview sessions for recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Assist candidates with their application process.
  • Assist recruiters with the employment screening process for shortlisted candidates.
  • Support candidates onboarding logistic.
  • Participate in department's weekly meetings and engagement events.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate or fresh graduate with a background in Human Resources, Psychology, International Business, Communications, or business-related degree.
  • Available for at least a 6-month full-time internship.
  • Good organization skills.
  • Willingly to learn & pay attention to details.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office tools/programs.
  • CGPA 3.00 & above
