Job Summary

The Operations Intern will support the Operations team in managing daily operational activities related to restaurant partners, internal teams, and system processes. This role offers hands-on exposure to operations within a fast-paced SaaS and food-tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operational activities related to restaurant onboarding and system setup
  • Assist in coordinating with internal teams (Onboarding, Support, Tech) to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Help monitor order flow and system performance across restaurant partners
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports, trackers, and dashboards
  • Support process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist with issue tracking and follow-ups to ensure timely resolution
  • Participate in data entry, audits, and operational quality checks
  • Support special projects and ad-hoc operational tasks as required

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Preferred Skills

  • Interest in SaaS, food-tech, or restaurant operations
  • Basic understanding of operations processes or workflows
  • Experience with data analysis or reporting tools is a plus
