About the Role

Wir bilden wieder aus! Ist das nicht fantastisch?
Verfahrensmechaniker (m/w/d) für Kunststoff-/Kautschuktechnik stellen verschiedene Produkte aus polymeren Werkstoffen her. Du kümmerst Dich um die Steuerung, Überwachung, Prüfung sowie Instandhaltung der hierfür erforderlichen Maschinengruppen. Damit alles zuverlässig läuft, brauchen wir Dich!

  • Lesen, Anwenden und Erstellen von technischen Unterlagen
  • Planen, Steuern, Kontrollieren
  • Prüfen, Messen, Beurteilen
  • Manuelle und maschinelle Werkstoffbearbeitung
  • Passen, Fügen, Montieren
  • Funktionsweise der Werkzeuge und Maschinen
  • Aufbau und Instandhaltung von pneumatischen und hydraulischen Steuerungen

  • Fachausbildung Kunststofftechnik

 

Die Ausbildungsdauer beträgt 3 Jahre. Der Berufsschulunterricht findet als Blockunterricht in der Berufsschule in Wasserburg statt.

Wenn Du motiviert bist, Dich wahnsinnig für die Technik interessierst und obendrauf noch ein handwerkliches Geschick besitzt, bist Du schon sehr gut gerüstet für den Ausbildungsberuf. Natürlich wäre eine hohe Konzentrationsfähigkeit spitze. Damit die Ausbildung auch für Dich ein Highlight wird, solltest Du Spaß an Mathematik sowie den naturwissenschaftlichen Fächern haben. Wenn alles zutrifft, bist Du bei uns genau richtig!
