This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on high-impact project, engage with diverse stakeholders, and gain deep exposure in dynamic organization.</p><p>As part of your role, you will support a major transformational program that is across multiple departments and functions. This program is a strategic priority for the our supply chain, and you will be part of the Change team, contributing to planning and execution efforts for a successful adoption.</p><p></p><p><b>Team Description</b></p><p>You will join the Strategy and Transformation team, which is part of Integrated Supply Chain within Personal Health in Philips. It's a dynamic team focusing on transformational projects and strategic initiatives that drive innovation and long-term impact for Personal Health. We value curiosity, initiative, and continuous learning.</p><p>This is a full-time hybrid internship, with two to three days per week spent in our Amsterdam office. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues across the business, and your work will directly influence strategic decisions. It’s a unique opportunity to learn and develop yourself professionally in a fast-paced, strategic environment.</p><p></p><p><b>Your role:</b></p><ul><li><p>Assist in drafting and designing internal communication materials that are clear, engaging, and aligned with strategic objectives.</p></li><li><p>Support the planning and execution of training sessions, workshops, and change-related events.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate logistics and scheduling for communication and training activities.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content and feedback.</p></li><li><p>Maintain structured documentation and track progress of communication and training initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Contribute creative ideas to enhance stakeholder engagement and message effectiveness.</p></li><li><p>Support in KPI tracking related to the change management activities</p></li></ul><p><br /><b>You're the right fit if:</b></p><ul><li><p>You are Master's level student in Change Management, Supply chain, Economics and/or Business Administration, with an interest in transformational projects (you must be enrolled for the entire duration of the internship).</p></li><li><p>You are proactive and takes initiative to drive tasks forward.</p></li><li><p>Familiar with basic communication strategies and skilled in drafting messages that are creative, easy to read, and understand.</p></li><li><p>Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</p></li><li><p>Strong logistics management and organizational skills.</p></li></ul><p><br /><b>How we work together</b><br />We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.</p><p></p><p><b>What we offer you</b></p><ul><li><p>Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €700 gross, depending on educational level and if you would need to relocate to The Netherlands. If you will perform a part-time internship you will receive the allowance pro-rata.</p></li><li><p>Housing compensation, in case of relocating to the vicinity of the office, €300,- net if location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam, €255,- net for all other Philips locations. You need to provide a rental contract of the land lord, and your normal home-work travel distance need to be more than 50 km or travel time (one way trip) need to be more than 1.5 hours.</p></li><li><p>Travel compensation, if you are not eligible for a free public transport card; you will receive max. €192,- net</p></li><li><p>Paid holidays per internship term.</p></li><li><p>The opportunity to buy Philips equipment at our Philips shop</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Important</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Part of our selection procedure is a HireVue online interview recording. We are not able to share the outcome of this HireVue interview but will use this as extra selection criteria.</span></p></li><li><p><b><span>In order to be considered, you must be enrolled as a student during the entire internship period (at least until September). Formal documentation will be requested.</span></b></p></li><li><p><span>Students from outside the EU will need to fill in a NUFFIC agreement – which will need to be signed by the student and the university. Students receiving ECTS credits for this internship will need to fill in a UNL agreement </span><span>–</span><span> which will need to be signed by the student and the university.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Please note that the contents of this internship assignment is not suitable for professionals with over 2 years of experience and/or MBA students.</span></p></li></ul><p><br /><b>About Philips</b><br />We are a health technology company.
