About the Role

Your mission

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an HSE Operations Intern. Curious about what this role involves? Let’s dive in:

  • Support the HSE Manager with administrative tasks, including updating and maintaining HSE documentation (policies, procedures, risk assessments).
  • Ensure accurate document control and maintain HSE records, logs, and databases.
  • Assist in preparing reports, safety statistics, and compliance documentation.
  • Participate in HSE inspections, audits, and site safety checks, recording findings and follow-up actions.
  • Support incident, accident, and near-miss reporting processes.
  • Help manage HSE aspects of the company vehicle fleet, including documentation, inspections, and driver safety records.
  • Potential to travel within in the UK to support the HSE Manager.


Your profile

  • Must have an interest in Health and Safety with the intention of career progression.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail for managing documentation and records.
  • Local to Milton Keynes to work in the office 5 days per week.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in a professional environment.
  • Basic understanding of HSE principles and willingness to learn operational practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • English C1; other European languages are a plus.
