Job Responsibility

Position Overview

A Technical Assistant position supporting executive-level management in technology tracking and meeting coordination, with a focus on AI development trends.

Meeting Management

  • Coordinate and schedule high-priority meetings with stakeholders
  • Take detailed meeting minutes and maintain comprehensive records
  • Track action items and ensure proper follow-up on meeting decisions
  • Prepare meeting materials and coordinate with participants

AI Technology Research & Reporting

  • Monitor and collect information on latest AI technology developments
  • Research and analyze emerging trends in AI applications
  • Compile weekly reports on significant AI industry developments
  • Present weekly technical briefings to management
  • Maintain organized documentation of research findings

General Administrative Duties

  • Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems
  • Assist with preparation of technical documentation
  • Support other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities in both English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in office productivity software
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through capabilities
