透過宏碁暑期實習計畫，你將會參與不同的專案、多元化的課程、活潑有趣的參訪，讓你們能夠將學校的知識與實務工作有效的連結在一起，並有機會及早確立未來職涯發展的方向，也在實習過程中能夠一窺宏碁獨有的多元文化。

Job Responsibility

我們正在尋找對設計充滿熱情、樂於從使用者角度思考問題的設計實習生。

實習期間，你將依循設計思考（Design Thinking）流程，實際參與 ADS 的跨部門設計專案，深入體驗設計在企業中如何與產品、技術與市場策略結合，並從零到一主導一項完整的設計專案。

你將在指導下，依據當期的發展方向與目標，自行定義專案主題，並以此作為實習期間的核心專案，最終產出成果報告並進行發表。

 

工作內容

  • 進行各類TA的使用者研究與需求洞察分析
  • 參與新設計、新功能或新軟體之概念發展、可行性評估與使用性驗證
  • 進行市場趨勢分析與競品研究，理解產業現況與設計機會
  • 探索新產品市場機會點，並發想設計與策略方向
  • 有機會與 PM、RD、MKT等跨部門團隊合作，參與實際公司要發展的設計專案流程

 

實習收穫與成長

  • 深入理解設計思考的實際運作方式，完整體驗從使用者研究、概念發展、設計驗證到市場分析與策略發想的設計流程
  • 有機會參與宏碁核心產品事業或「小虎」新創事業群專案，接觸多元產品線並更加了解產業發展動態
  • 培養跨部門溝通與協作能力、專案主導與執行能力
  • 將設計思考與研究成果轉化為具體輸出，作為未來投入設計產業的重要實務基礎與作品累積

Requirements

Required:

  1. Education: 國內、外大學及研究所之在學學生 (大一 ~ 研二) & 應屆畢業生
  2. Experience: 工業設計/UX/服務科學相關科系或其他對設計思考相關經驗之其他領域學生
  3. Skills: 英文 -- 聽 /精通、說 /精通、讀 /精通、寫 /精通
  4. Personality: 善於跨部門團隊溝通、具有獨立思辨並願意分享個人觀點、有開放的心胸、願意接受新事物與不同觀點、有創意具有挑戰精神。

 

Preferred:大四或應屆畢業生，或研究所即將畢業之學生，有機會或意願想留下來實習或任職者可以優先考量
