About The Company
Headquartered in London, we are proud to serve small, local businesses across Europe. We build tools to unlock hassle-free payments and better business management so local businesses can thrive. Our all-in-one offering is designed to simplify the every day in business, all on fair and transparent terms. Join us in creating solutions that small, local businesses deserve.
About the Role

Hello! We're Teya.

Teya is a payment and software service provider, headquartered in London serving small, local businesses across Europe. Founded in 2019, we build easy to use, integrated tools that enable our members to accept payments and boost business performance.

At Teya we believe small, local businesses are the lifeblood of our communities.

We’re here because we don’t believe there’s a level playing field that gives small businesses with a fighting chance against the giants of the high street.

We’re here because we see banks and legacy service providers making things harder for them. We don’t think the best technology or the best service should be reserved for those with the biggest headquarters.

We’re here to fight for a future where small, local businesses can thrive, and to commit the same dedication they offer all of us.

Become a part of our story.

We’re looking for exceptional talent to join our mission. We offer a chance to create impact in a high-energy and connected culture, while benefiting from continuous learning opportunities, a supportive community which is proud to serve our mission, and comprehensive benefits.

What you'll do

  • Structure our sales playbook: organize and update decks, one-pagers, battlecards and FAQs so that reps always have the right material at hand.

  • Localise content for Italy: adapt global presentations, product docs and training materials to the Italian market (examples, wording, use cases).

  • Build and maintain the knowledge base: centralise information (processes, scripts, best practices) for all go-to-market teams and keep it clean, searchable and up to date.

  • Support onboarding across teams: help design checklists, learning paths and simple “30-60-90 day” journeys not only for sales, but also for partnerships and operations.

  • Standardise processes: document how we qualify leads, run demos, send offers, onboard customers and hand over to support, turning ad-hoc steps into repeatable workflows.

  • Help with tools, data & reporting: support CRM clean-up and list management, build simple dashboards in Sheets/Slides, track basic funnel KPIs (leads, conversion, activation) and surface insights to the GM and sales leads.

  • Support cross-functional projects: help the GM prepare meetings, recap decisions, track actions and follow-ups across functions (e.g. product, finance, customer support).

  • Do research, benchmarking & analysis: gather examples, best practices and competitor materials, and run simple analyses to inform how we design our playbooks, processes and commercial strategy.

Who you are

  • Currently studying (or recently graduated) in Economics, Management, Engineering, Marketing or similar.

  • Super organized, detail-oriented and comfortable working with PowerPoint/Slides and Excel/Sheets.

  • Curious about sales, operations and go-to-market and eager to see how a company scales from the inside.

  • Comfortable communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

  • Proactive, hands-on and not afraid to “figure things out” with limited guidance.

  • Reimbursement of expenses 800 euros net a month.
