Job Responsibilities: What you will do

Develop and maintain processes and relationships both internal and external necessary to support Logistics business functions.

Actively participate in an accelerated hands-on learning program while providing research and analytical support to various departments and/or project teams. Routinely report out to leadership.

  • Perform functions of assigned area.
  • Routinely meet with assigned mentors and/or leaders and provide summary of key take-aways.
  • Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.

Qualifications: What you need to bring

  • Must possess desire to learn and grow in knowledge of the transportation industry and company.
  • Must be flexible and able to quickly grasp and apply new information and/or concepts.
  • Must possess excellent and professional communication skills.
  • Must possess basic understanding of business terminology.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Completion of 70% of undergraduate course work in business related Bachelor's degree (Accounting, Finance, Logistics) required.
  • SQL experience preferred 
  • Analytical & process oriented. 
  • Must possess strong analytical skills.
  • Must be able to influence others without formal authority.
  • Must be well organized and able to multi-task several projects simultaneously.


Pay Range: $17-22 an hour
