About the Role
Collaborate with internal teams to influence process quality. Determine appropriate actions for process improvements. Recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor and manage account health and performance. Provide analytical insights to support business decisions. Perform Market Research, audits of industries and analysis of potential new verticals to identify new merchants for the enterprise segment. Qualitative Analysis of leads, assist in engaging with merchants that meet enterprise criteria. Facilitate the onboarding of merchants in conjunction with the Enterprise Sales team, helping with the collection of documents from merchants. Support the Iberia team in daily activities, competitor analysis, internal presentations, newsletters etc. Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. This role requires an individual with analytic background and understanding of sales reporting, sales analytics, business intelligence, communication skills and the ability to work and collaborate with key business partners. This is a 12-month internship. Strong organizational skills and effective time management. Good team player with a collaborative approach and be able to create quality relationships quickly, whilst also working well independently. Have a good sense of initiative, self-motivation and willingness to learn. Knowledge or payments industry or ecommerce is preferable Currently enrolled at university for a degree in a business / commercial or related subject. Can also be in the process of preparing final dissertation Available for 12 months. Full time will be preferred, min. 3 working days per week.
