Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir an unserem Standort in Senden eine/n Bachelorand/in oder Masterand/in

 

Thema der Bachelor- oder Masterarbeit: Erarbeitung eines Konzeptes zur Implementierung eines Innovationsmanagements bei einem KMU

 

Deine Aufgabe:

  • Recherche von bestehenden Konzepten
  • Recherche zu Konzepten im Andritz Konzern
  • Interviewen der Stakeholder
  • Erarbeiten eines Konzeptes mit Zuschnitt auf ein mittelständisches Unternehmen
  • Entscheidungsvorlage und Implementierungsplan erstellen

  • Studium Innovationsmanagement, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, o.ä.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
