Overview:
We are seeking a Project Management/Construction Management Intern to support our Outside Plant (OSP) and construction operations. This role offers hands-on experience reviewing project workflows, supporting field and engineering teams, and contributing to improvements that streamline project delivery.


What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in evaluating OSP and construction project timelines
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks by reviewing project data and documentation 
  • Participate in internal coordination calls to observe and support process improvements 
  • Help prepare reports that track project cycle times and highlight delays or risks 
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams on efficiency initiatives 
  • Support small-scale process improvement efforts to help reduce project completion time

Requirements

  •  Rising junior or senior pursuing a degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field  
  • Strong interest in telecom, utilities, or construction operations  
  • Detail-oriented with good communication and organizational skills  
  • Comfortable working with data, timelines, and project documentationiable, diverse, and scalable network infrastructure to our clients.
