Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Finance Intern - Global Payroll Process, from May to August 2026 located in Manila, Philippines.
As a member of our Global Payroll Process team, you will mainly focus on process documentation updates and vendor contract reviews. As our intern, you will be immersed in the Global Payroll Process initiatives and work closely with the team to support the timely completion of deliverables.
Reporting Relationship: Reports directly to Finance Manager, Vendor Compliance (Manila)
Principal Accountabilities
- Responsible for working alongside the Process team to update existing documentation (process maps, SOPs and work instructions) in accordance with the aligned changes or new process.
- Support process documentation for new system implementations and the Depuy Synthes separation project.
- Assist with review of the vendor contracts working closely with the Finance Manager - Vendor Compliance
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled and in good standing, in a reputable program working toward a degree in a business administration field, or any relevant areas of study
- Analytical problem-solving skills, project, creative capacity & technical skills
- Able to take direction well, set priorities & achieve results
- Proven ability to quickly learn & apply complex application
- Good written & oral communication skills, & strong interpersonal abilities
- Understanding of basic business concepts in assigned area
- Strong reading comprehension to determine key information and context of the contracts, and understand the overall structure and implications of the contracts
- Communication skills (written, oral & formal presentation)
- Working knowledge of general office protocols, procedures and equipment – PC, etc
- Experienced in using Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio and similar products required
- Preferably familiar with using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT)
