You will be learning and helping to deliver a holistic strategy to focus on<span> </span></span><span>external benchmarking</span><span><span> </span>and competitive analysis</span><span><span> </span>to evaluate and compare performance of utility programs to help drive strategic decision-making and continuous performed </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Conduct competitive analysis of utility programs across the</span><span><span> </span>agricultur</span><span>al</span><span><span> </span>industry, focusing on cost efficiency, performance, and<span> </span></span><span>participation</span><span><span> </span>metrics</span><span><span> </span>for conventional growers and controlled environment agriculture industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to<span> </span></span><span>identify</span><span><span> </span>areas for improvement and innovation Qualifications</span></b><span><span> </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>By start date, a minimum of 30 completed college-level credit hours is required preferably energy or environment,<span> </span></span><span>agriculture<span> </span></span><span>business, economics, engineering
