The Marketing Intern will work closely with the cross-functional teams to assist with campaigns, research, reporting, and day-to-day marketing operations.

The Marketing Intern will support the planning, coordination and execution of marketing activities across various channels. This role is ideal for students or early-career individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing, developing new skills, and contribute to real projects. The Marketing Intern will work closely with the cross-functional teams to assist with campaigns, research, reporting, and day-to-day marketing operations.  

II. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Support basic market and competitor research to contribute to business insights
  • Help coordinate events, activities, and partnerships by supporting logistics and collaborating with internal teams
  • Track activity performance and prepare basic reports using available analytic tools
  • Help organize and maintain marketing documentation, asset libraries, distribution lists, and shared folders
  • Provide general marketing and administrative support as needed to help the team achieve its objectives

III. Preferred Experience and Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Medical Technology, Communications, or related fields
  • Interest in healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, or marketing is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel (pivot tables, charts), Powerpoint (presentations) and Word (formatting)
  • Familiarity with additional productivity tools (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in documentation and reporting
  • Eagerness to learn, proactive mindset, and willingness to contribute
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
