The Field Marketing & Retail Intern supports PRISM+’s offline growth engine by coordinating execution for retail events, live streaming + partnership activations, and corporate events. This role works closely with the Retail team and Marketing team to ensure activations are executed smoothly, assets are ready on time, and post-event learnings are captured for continuous improvement.

This is a highly operational, fast-paced role for someone who enjoys on-ground execution, coordination, and learning how commercial events drive revenue in a D2C retail brand.

Responsibilities

Retail Events & Operations Support

  • Support the planning and execution of PRISM+ retail mega shows, pop-ups, and in-store weekend activations.
  • Coordinate in-store, pop-up and events materials with the team: signage, QR codes, promo collateral, booth supplies
  • Explore and implement innovative VM and creative solutions with Head of Retail and Marketing team to support retail promotions
  • Support Head of Retail on other ad-hoc projects to achieve store KPIs

Live Streaming and Partnerships / Marketing Events Support

  • Support marketing-led activations that require tight field execution such as live streams, creator activations, partner roadshows, and pop-up collaborations.
  • Coordinate logistics: equipment, set-up support, venue readiness, product availability
  • Prepare and manage run-of-show checklist - timing, talent arrival, SKU focus, talking points alignment
  • Collect key post-activation data - views, clicks, key highlights, any operational issues
  • Assist with partner coordination - schedules, requirements, deliverables tracker

Corporate Events Support

  • Support PRISM+ presence in corporate settings such as booths, employee perks fairs, roadshows, and B2B/internal engagement events.
  • Support event logistics and materials - booth collateral, product sheets, QR codes, lead capture flows
  • Assist with on-ground set-up and event execution support
  • Support lead list collation and handover to commercial team
  • Post-event recap and lessons learnt

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, comfortable with checklists and deadlines
  • Strong communication skills (WhatsApp/Slack/email)
  • Willingness to support on-ground execution (some weekends may be required)
  • Proactive, takes ownership, not afraid to chase stakeholders for confirmations
  • Bonus: experience in events, retail, marketing activations, or campus club leadership
