About the team you are joining
The RVP Office (RVPO) supports the RVP on all administrative and secretarial functions and reports directly to the RVP. It also supports the Regional Leadership Team (RLT) under guidance of the RVP and works together to achieve regional objectives and execute regional strategies. In addition, the office acts as the point of contact for the regional office with the local offices across the region and DG Office in Geneva in relation to coordination and communications with the RVP.
What your day would be like
- Assist regional external events and workshops including meeting invitations distribution, documents preparations, registrations, logistics arrangements, and on-site coordination.
- Assist regional internal activities, initiatives and campaign, across all lines of business, and help on RVPO admin works such as regular RVP letters distribution, group meeting set up etc.
- Assist to manage NASIA international communication including campaign planning, materials collecting, content drafting, platform and visual management etc.
- Assist industry information collection and translation including weekly updates, regulatory policy, industry news and other market specific reports etc.
- Any other ad hoc tasks as requested by RVP.
We would love to hear from you if
- Undergraduate (senior year) or postgraduate students in Business Administration, Political Science, Public Administration and Policy, English or any other relevant discipline.
- Well-developed communication skills, and multi-tasks abilities.
- Sound knowledge of information technology systems and their applications, particularly the MS Office suite.
- Passionate and self-driven person.
- Fluency in English.
