Internship Program Overview:

Project Title:

Advanced Process Control Implementation with Optimus Prime Engine

Project Objective:

Advanced process control allows input parameters to be adjusted to target output parameters to control centers. This output targeting is improved further with in-house developed Optimus Prime engine. Purpose of this project is to implement APC with Optimus Prime engine on tool/process groups that have opportunity.

Project Description:

Intern is expected to work with Process Engineers & GFIT coders to develop the model for input-output targeting and comprehensive data analysis, followed by implementation on actual product wafers.

Project Outcome:

(1) Improve inline accuracy

(2) Reduce APC pilot quantity

(3) Improve productivity

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (EEE/Chemical/Materials)
